If you ever need a serious translation, be sure you’re paying somebody to do it. Websites do NOT work.
If you’re getting something official translated, be sure a native in that language looks at it. I did some translating into English when I lived in Tokyo, and some of the translations that other people submitted were just sad- you don’t want your name attached to one of those.
If you’re just curious what something looks like in another language, ask here. Depending on what use you have for the translation, you may want to spend the cash to get it done right.

I agree with Ty M, I suggest using professionals. Perhaps a company that knows and is familiar with the various forms, types, and modes of translation. However, sometimes it is hard finding a company you trust so I suggest using a company that is very open about the manner in which they work and operate.
